Rice Corner--Rice's Favorite Ice Cream

Today, I am posting a recipe. I would also like to let you guys know that I am starting a new recipe series! For example, next week I post an article about making Shepard’s Pie!
This recipe will be "Rice’s favorite ice cream"! I love this ice cream, because it's full of sugar! Even though my column is usually about staying healthy and becoming healthier, I thought that since it is the Holidays, I should post an article with something sweet!
